SWC LAGREE is a fitness studio for individuals that want to challenge themselves to become better every day. “ swc “ is a special tribute towards 3 dogs: sparkles, wally, and cali. the owner came across the lagree method at a time in her life where she had nothing except her 3 dogs to keep her grounded. She desired to find an outlet that allowed her to show up as her best, not only for herself, but for her dogs. The lagree method provided exactly that. the swc lagree mission is to promote self-love in an uplifting community as we get stronger together. just like ourselves as individuals, swc is constantly evolving, which is why we will always have the newest technology and the most effective, sciene-backed routines - so you can not only feel the results but also see how showing up makes a difference.
