What is the 'shake zone' that instructors reference?
The 'shake zone' is where our muscles begin to shake due to fatigue. By doing this, we are engaging our slow-twitch muscle fibers and recruiting stabilizing muscles to maintain control. This leads to greater muscle activation, higher levels of strength and endurance, an increase in our stability, the growth of lean muscles, higher caloric burn for a longer duration, and an emphasis on mental resilience. with the lagree method and the ‘shake zone’, you will burn more calories for 38 hours after leaving.
